About Us

Cloud Nine Therapy Services is a newly launched child-centred occupational therapy practice located in Blacktown.

As a start-up, we are quickly building our client base and planning for the future. Our lead practitioner, Amisha Gandhi developed Cloud Nine from the ground up. With an innovative and cutting-edge approach to Paediatric occupational therapy, Amisha has found a way to make our various therapy programs fun and enjoyable for children. After all, they’re kids – they want to have fun! Amisha herself has over 11 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and a Paediatric Physiotherapist. Throughout her career, Amisha has endlessly worked to develop a deep understanding and an extensive expertise in the area of Paediatric Occupational Therapy. In addition, her passion for working with children compelled her to launch her own practice.

Amisha’s story

Amisha is a highly motivated professional. Throughout her career, she has developed an extensive portfolio of experience as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist in both the private and government sectors. Her career runs deep and has included spending time with elderly and school-aged children with complex disabilities and dire needs. Amisha’s story began after she received her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, in 2001. From there, she worked as a Paediatric Physiotherapist for three different practices between 2001 and 2004 in India. In 2004, she attended Latrobe University and recieved her Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Health, Immediately after, she enrolled in graduate school at the University of Sydney. She received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2006 and went on to practice Occupational Therapy.

For nearly ten years, Amisha worked as an Occupational Therapist with several different private practices and public organisations.
